How It Works
Follow these simple steps to get your upgrade processed

Purchase Upgrade
Buy an upgrade using balance or payment gateway. You'll receive an Order ID immediately.

Save Order ID
Copy your Order ID (e.g., ORD-XXX-XXX). You'll need this to chat with admin.

Chat with Admin
Go to Support Chat and provide your Order ID. Admin will process your upgrade.

Get Status Update
Admin updates your order to Success or Failed. Check your orders page.
Important - Read Before Purchasing
- Save your Order ID: You will receive an Order ID (e.g., ORD-123-456-ABC) after payment. This is required to process your upgrade.
- Contact Support: You must chat with admin support and provide your Order ID. Upgrades are not automatic.
- Processing Time: Admin will review and process your request. You'll receive a status update (Success/Failed).
- Check Orders Page: Visit your orders page to see the current status of your upgrade request.
